Swimming Teacher + Owner of Swim4it
Ros has loved swimming from a very young age, and spent most of her life dreaming of working in the water with dolphins, her favourite animal. In July 2018 Ros qualified to become a swim instructor and soon after started to teach friends children. Swim4it Ltd was established in September 2020 as her swim business had grown so significantly that Ros needed staff who she could train to teach with the fun, and calm ethos that she believes in. Ros is a fully qualified Mermaid + Monofin instructor

Maisie Wright
Head Coach at Aquaoaks Artistic Swimming
Maisie, current head coach at Aquaoaks, started coaching synchronised swimming in 2017. In her time coaching Maisie's teams have won 142 gold, 55 silver and 42 bronze medals. Maisie is a fully qualified Swim England Artistic Swimming Coach.
