AQUASQUIRTS & AQUASTARS

This program is a non-competitive, year-round introduction to artistic swimming. It is ideal for swimmers who aim to join our competitive teams in the future. Swimmers will learn and practice basic stretches, swim strokes, sculls, figures and routine skills in a fun and engaging team setting.

NOVICE SQUAD

Our novice squad is a year-round developmental program. Swimmers will learn and develop competitive proficiency including:

  • Land and water training to build strength, flexibility and endurance

  • Techniques of strokes, sculls 

  • Perfoming a choreographed team routine

  • Competing at local synchro competitions

COMPETITIVE SQUADS

Our competitive program is an 11 month commitment from September to July for swimmers ages 10-18. Athletes must attend a team trial.

Swimmers must commit to attend team practices. Swimmers will compete in   3-5 competitions a year including the National Combo Cup at the London Aquatics Centre in July.

COMPETITIVE DUETS

Our competitive duet program is an 11 month commitment from September to July for swimmers ages 10-18. Athletes must attend a trial.

Swimmers must commit to attend duet practices. Swimmers will compete in  

2-4 competitions a year.

LAND TRAINING

Land training classes help our swimmers to develop their core strength, flexibility and speed of movement on land, all of which transfers to the pool for the synchro skills in figures and routines.
