Our Aquasquirts & Aquastars sessions aim to teach young swimmers the basics of synchronised swimming in a fun and engaging environment. Emphasis will be placed on finding the fun in artistic swimming.

Swimmers will learn basic positions, sculling, and routine skills along with stroke practice. 

 

All participants must be aged 6+ and pass the Aquaoaks Swim Test​.

Once swimmers progress, their coach may advise that they move into our Competitive Squads
